Send the form (along with the 5 following things) to :

Include the following with the form :

1.   Five digital images of work on CD-Rom (PC readable, .jpg format, approximately 200 dpi).

2.   Descriptions of digital images to include title, medium and size (printed copy or Word document included on image CD-Rom)

  3.   A check for $20.00 (non-refundable jury fee) payable to MidCoast Fine Arts.

4.   A self-addressed stamped envelope for return of jury results (CD-Rom will not be returned).

5.   A current artist statement.
